Founded in 2016 in the United Arab Emirates, Swan Loupes became a prominent player in the United Arab Emirates' medical supply landscape offering a complete range of specialized vision solutions meticulously designed to elevate every aspect of dental and surgical procedures.

My mission was to create a new branding concept that reflects the soul & values of Swan Loupes ensuring the bold, premium & truthful look & feel.
After the kick off meeting & brand discovery session, I started the branding process which included working on the verbal identity, visual system, loupes frames naming, photoshoot moodboard, Packaging designs & catalog.

I was responsible for the following up with the photography team in Dubai & the production team in China to ensure that the photography style & package designs are executed according to the brand guidelines.

Brand's Graphic System

There are five main key words behind the visual concept of Swan graphic system:
1) Loupes shapes / Conical shapes.
2) The vision of the eye
3) Light spots
4) Magnification/Depth
5) Op art

Loupes Package Design

I designed the medical loupe packaging, which is complex and has many details to consider. This included exact measurements that fit the loupe without being too wide or tight, and materials that seamlessly balanced functionality and aesthetics. I created detailed illustrations and mockups for every packaging component, providing clear specifications. Throughout production, I collaborated closely with the Chinese manufacturing team, guiding implementation to uphold premium quality and brand alignment.

I blended the brand colors into a cohesive look & feel that gives the brand it's premium, bold & innovative values.

Photoshoot Moodboard

I led the development of the photoshoot moodboard and defined comprehensive deliverables to capture both functional and aesthetic product shots, supporting marketing materials across channels—from catalogs and billboards to social media ads and websites. For a premium brand like Swan Loupes, the photography strategically emphasized product functionality and style to authentically convey its innovative, premium, and genuine values. Additionally, I coordinated closely with the Dubai-based photography team, ensuring full alignment with the brand vision, deliverables, and tailored production schedules.
